Hi Folks,

I was surprised and delighted to see one of my latest publicity photos (shot by Valerie A. Smith of Atlanta) turned into a magazine cover. Well, a magazine that ought to be! This is the inspiration of my Top Fave friend Scott M. Brents, better known on MySpace as Necromanteum.

Scott is a talented artist and writer with deep occult interests and a quirky sense of humor. His work will be featured in one of my books — he did a piece of original art for my forthcoming Encyclopedia of Demons (Sept. 2009), giving a “face” to one of the most ferocious of Persian demons, Azhi Dahaki.

Judging from the cover copy, Occult World would make fascinating reading. Wish it were for real. Maybe somewhere, in some parallel dimension, it is!
